Returns
To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
It must be in original condition
It must be returned in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
- Limited edition or drop items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or altered products
- Clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming:
- Receipt of your returned item
- Approval or rejection of your refund
- Processing typically occurs within 3–7 business days
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider — processing times vary.
- Contact your bank — posting delays are common.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect item shipped
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Brief explanation of the issue
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
We do not offer size exchanges due to ordering errors. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.If a refund is issued, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund amount.We strongly recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75
ALI cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.Return address will be provided via email once return authorization is approved.
Package Protection (Optional at Checkout)At checkout, we offer optional Package Protection to safeguard your order against:
- Loss
- Theft
- Shipping damage
- We will provide fast resolution and replacement support for covered issues.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
- ALI is not liable for carrier-related delivery issues without protection coverage.
We strongly recommend adding package protection for peace of mind.
